Why can't people look after people?

I used to think that we could make the world a better place, but most of the time i feel im alone on this, cause most no one cares. 'Cause they can't look behind, through their own goods and own satisfaction

Listen, they don't see the sadness in your eyes, and how those eyes of yours could turn so much healthy if they just care a little bit. Oh , and the rewards they would feel in the end. But they know nothing.
